The ROS Remote Controller from N Robotics is designed specifically for use with robots and therefore allows control of all devices that support cmd_vel or for which an interface is available. This eliminates the need for stationary PCs. -For optimal control, 4 joysticks have been attached to this controller, this allows you to perform even highly complex movements. The sticks can be assigned to each axis to effectively configure the controller with the respective device. Simply assign one or more joints to the given joysticks. Controlling actuators or assigning directions of travel are also possible.
You have the flexibility to customize the interface to your application.
The visualization engine displays the URDF of your robot and all sensors you want to see. Point clouds can be displayed as well as IMUs, joint states or image streams. The user interface is fully configurable for your bot and your current behavior.
