Unmatched optical performance in its class - Uses multiple high power blue laser diodes to scale optical power. Powered by blue laser diodes - Unlike infrared light, blue light is more easily absorbed by many industrial materials. This leads to a number of benefits, including lower power consumption and more compact heat dissipation. Precision Aspherical Lenses - Each laser module contains four precision-molded lenses, each of which is virtually defect-free. Combined with a vacuum sputtered multilayer anti-reflective coating, this design provides superior optical performance and a spectacular power density of 1.5 MW/cm². Synergy of power and narrow beam spot - The optical system bundles the beams from multiple high-power laser diodes and focuses them to a narrow spot. The result is a high power density that enables engraving of a wide variety of materials such as stainless steel, tool steel and titanium. Lightweight design for mounting on virtually any CNC machine - The lightweight aluminum housing makes the laser weigh less than 800 g. Since a typical CNC spindle weighs about 1.8 kg, CNC machines can operate it with ease. Easy integration - Can be set up on almost any CNC machine as it accepts both analog and PWM CNC signals. Instant start-up - No warm-up time. High pressure air nozzle eliminates high maintenance - With the high pressure air nozzle, you can clean the lens 10x less often. The compressed air also speeds up the cutting and engraving process by removing smoke and preventing excessive dirt buildup on the lens. In addition, the directional airflow cools the work area, resulting in a lack of defects and consistent engraving contrast. Integrated Control Electronics - To prevent premature death of your laser diodes, the control electronics are integrated into the laser module. With no redundant wiring, you don't have to worry about dangerous inductance effects. Longer life - Blue laser diodes have a longer life because they do not suffer from random failures and age more slowly at higher temperatures. The typical lifetime of laser blue diodes is equivalent to 20,000 hours. In contrast, the life of an average glass CO2 tube laser cutter and engraver is 3,000 hours.

About the PLH3D-CNC adapter
The main function of the PLH3D-CNC adapter is to "arm" and "disarm" the laser head. Arming means turning on the power supply to the head; the armed head is then able to use its laser. Disarming turns off the power supply, making it impossible to continue using the laser. The built-in safety device can prevent misoperation and unexpected behavior in emergency situations. The key switch protects the laser from children and other unauthorized to use it. The user can manually configure the laser head at any time by pressing a button. The special circuitry can prevent the internal electronic devices from being armed in the event of your malfunction. In an emergency, the laser head is automatically disabled: The power supply is interrupted, the power supply fails and the laser head cable is interrupted or disconnected. After deactivation, the system is still in a safe state. When deactivating again, the user must always press a key.
