The ArduCAM team has released a series of camera modules for the Raspberry Pi, including 5MP and 8MP modules. They are fully compatible with the official version and are divided into Standard Version, Optimised Optical Performance Version, Miniature Spy Camera Version, NoIR Version, Motorised IR Cut Version and Programmable Motorised Focus Camera Version. These camera modules support all Raspberry Pi models and require a 15-to-22 pin cable or adapter to work with the Pi Zero.

The ArduCAM 8MP IR cut Pi Cam is a robust 8MP IMX219 switchable IR cut camera for Raspberry Pi. This module is based on the same Sony IMX219 image sensor. Static images can be captured by it at 3280 x 2464 pixels, videos at 1080p30, 720p60 and 640x480p90. The special standard CSI interface is used to connect it to the Pi. This add-on is designed to meet all requirements for various lens mounts, field of view (FOV), depth of field (DOF) and motorized IR cut filter for daylight and night vision.
