  • 3-axis joystick with 5 push buttons for direct control without a PC
  • Compatible with Kinova JACO and Gen2 robot arms

Description

Kinova Joystick (AO 0000 0001) – 3-Axis Controller for Kinova Robot Arms

The Kinova Joystick is the original hand controller for direct control of Kinova robot arms – entirely without a PC or programming. The 3-axis joystick (left/right, forward/back, twist) is mounted on a sturdy support and features five independent push buttons as well as four external auxiliary connectors, for example for connecting external switches.

The joystick supports either a 2-axis or 3-axis control mode and connects directly to the robot arm's 8-pin joystick/control port. This makes it ideal for assistive applications, commissioning, testing, and demonstrations – wherever intuitive manual control of the arm is required.

Highlights

  • 3-axis control: left/right, forward/back, and twist motion
  • Five independent push buttons for mode and gripper control
  • Four external auxiliary connectors for individual control concepts
  • Switchable 2-axis / 3-axis mode
  • Direct connection to the robot arm – no additional software required
