The Aerotate aeroPAX6 KIT enables you to build your own intelligent high-performance battery based on your own lithium cells. The kit includes the battery management system (BMS) and the components required for integration into the aeroPAX6 ecosystem, making it ideal for drone, robotics, and research applications.
The intelligent BMS continuously monitors all relevant battery parameters and makes them available to flight controllers or robotic systems for further processing. The aeroPAX6 platform is designed for demanding applications and supports modern communication interfaces such as UAVCAN and I²C. This allows state of charge, state of health, and other diagnostic data to be read in real time. The system is compatible with ArduPilot and integrates seamlessly into existing drone and robotics projects.

Fast battery replacement
The aeroPAX6 system uses a quick-release with slide-in and plug-in mechanism for easy and fast battery swaps – without tools and without lengthy wiring.
Advanced monitoring

Note: The aeroPAX6 KIT is supplied without lithium cells. Before commissioning, cells must be selected according to the Aerotate specification and installed safely in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Improper assembly or the use of unsuitable cells can lead to system damage and safety risks.
