Description

General

The Lightware SF45/B is an extremely small, compact and especially lightweight 320° LiDAR. Due to the extremely wide measuring range of 0.2 - 50m in combination with a sampling rate of up to 20kHz, LiDAR opens up completely new application areas, especially in the UAV area. Thus, LiDAR can be used in combination with an appropriate computing unit to create SLAM models as well as Obstacle Avoidance.

Dimensions

Due to the small dimension of only: 53 x 44 x 37mm the SF45/B LiDAR fits into almost every application.

Communication & Configuration

The SF45/B is provided with a UART aswell as a I2C Bus allowing the SF to interact with QGroundControl and Mission Planner within no time and in addition to that offers the possibility to be used and configured with a computer using a USB Port. .
