Description

The MightyZap IR-USB03 is a USB interface board that serves as a USB-to-RS-485 and half-duplex TTL converter. It enables the connection between a PC and MightyZap linear actuators. Using this interface, actuators can be configured, monitored, and tested with the Total Manager software.

The board replaces the older IR-USB02 model and offers several improvements, including a USB-C connector, an integrated termination resistor, and an enhanced electrical protection circuit.

 

The PC software supports the following functions, among others:

  • Setting of operating and system parameters
  • Configuration of memory and device parameters
  • Execution of motion and functional tests
  • Real-time monitoring of key operating data
  • Display of error messages
  • System initialization and firmware updates
