Description
The Copprint LF-360 is a screen-printable conductive copper ink (nano copper paste) for the additive printing of flexible and rigid printed electronics. As an oxidation-free, rapidly self-sintering in-air ink, it enables low-cost, high-conductivity circuits using standard printing equipment and can replace silver-based inks. It is supplied as a ready-to-use 2 ml cartridge.
The LF-360 is a general-purpose copper ink with high electrical conductivity, excellent adhesion, and very good screen printability. Thanks to its high metal loading and low sintering temperature, it is suitable for a wide range of substrates and applications such as printed heaters, sensors, antennas, membrane switches, and printed circuit boards (PCB). The ink is single-component and ready to use, but must be mixed prior to printing.
Processing is carried out by hot-air drying followed by sintering with a hot roller or hot press. Copprint inks are non-hazardous and fully compostable, reducing the ecological footprint of printed circuits.
