Description

The Arducam 12MP IMX708 75° (DFOV) Fixed-Focus HDR MIPI Camera Module is a fixed-focus variant of the official Raspberry Pi Camera Module 3. It uses the high-quality Sony IMX708 11.9 MP sensor with HDR mode and a 75° diagonal field of view. The combination of stable fixed focus, integrated IR-cut filter, and MIPI CSI-2 interface delivers consistently sharp, instantly available images without autofocus latency.

With its fixed-focus lens, the module provides especially fast and stable image results – ideal for applications where predictable sharpness and short image availability are more important than variable focus distances. The Sony IMX708 supports an HDR mode with output up to 3 MP, enabling detail-rich images even in high-contrast scenes.

The camera module is compatible with the Raspberry Pi 3, 4 A/B, and 5 and ships with both 15-22-pin and 15-15-pin FPC flexible cables – ready to use right out of the box. As a complementary product to the Raspberry Pi autofocus variant, it offers an outstanding price-performance ratio.
