Leo Rover PowerBox
The PowerBox module for the Leo Rover allows you to replace the right (additional) quarter of your rover, providing the following functions:
- 4x 12V DC sockets (directly from the battery)
- 4x 5V DC power jacks (via a 12V-5V 9A DC converter)
- Externally available battery connection (12V DC)
With this module you can:
- Connect additional devices such as LiDARs, computers (e.g. Jetson Nano, Jetson Xavier NX), and robotic arms (such as PhantomX Pincher, WidowX).
- Charge the rover battery during operation.
- Power the rover via a cable.
- Perform a battery hot swap, keeping the rover operational with the standard battery charger during the battery change.
This module is considered one of the best so far and is used almost constantly by the team.
