The optional 5 W laser head expands the Carvera Air™ into a highly flexible CNC system, enabling precise laser engraving and cutting on a wide range of materials. This upgrade offers versatile application possibilities – from intricate decorative designs to accurate cutting projects – making it an attractive accessory for both ambitious hobbyists and professional CNC users.

Installation

The laser module is installed in the same way as a standard milling cutter. After installation, ensure that the module does not rotate. Then connect the cable to the laser module and to the 3-pin socket located at the upper right of the spindle housing. For detailed instructions, please refer to the user manual.
