Description
The FRC4116_0 is a compact single point load cell with a measurement range of up to 25 kg and an aluminium alloy body. At 58 mm in length with dual mounting holes for secure installation, it is ideal for small weighing scale assemblies such as kitchen scales or other simple weighing systems.
The cell operates on the strain gauge principle and produces a very small differential voltage under load, which is read by a bridge interface (e.g. DAQ1500_0 Wheatstone Bridge Phidget or 1046_1 PhidgetBridge 4-Input). The output is linear; after a simple two-point calibration, any weight can be calculated accurately. A bridge interface is required for operation.
