Description

The TeraRanger product series from the French company TeraBee comprises a wide range of LED LiDAR & Thermal systems with different specifications and application possibilities. Nevertheless, these sensor modules are convincing due to their modular design, identical dimensions and interfaces to third-party software such as Pixhawk and ROS, with an astonishing weight of only 9-12 grams. The TeraRanger Thermal 33 describes a thermal camera with an update rate of 14Hz at an image size of 32x32Px.

Backboards

The TeraBee ecosystem always consists of two components, the sensor and the backboard. This forms the communication level between the sensor and a device. You can choose between three different interfaces:

As a result, the TeraRanger Thermal series can be integrated into almost any application.

possible applications

The TeraBee products can be integrated into own applications as well as existing frameworks in the same comfortable way. Ready-to-use libraries/nodes are available for Pixhawk flight controllers as well as the very popular ROS middleware./p>
