  • For the Voltera V-One: fine traces and pads on common substrates such as FR1 and FR4

Description

Voltera Conductor 4 – Silver Nanoparticle Ink for the V-One

Conductor 4 is Voltera’s high-conductivity silver ink for the V-One PCB printer. With a silver content of 80 % (w/w) made up of 80 nm particles, it prints fine traces and pads that can then be soldered directly – from layout to populated board in a single working day, without an external PCB manufacturer.

The ink cures in ten minutes at just 175 °C. That keeps temperature-sensitive substrates in play and noticeably shortens the prototyping cycle compared with conventional production routes.

Your advantages at a glance

  • High conductivity: 80 % silver content (w/w) with a particle size of 80 nm
  • Fine structures: optimised for precise traces and pads on the Voltera V-One
  • Solderable: best results with tin-bismuth-silver solder wire at 180 °C or in reflow using the preset profile in the V-One software
  • Low curing temperature: 10 minutes at 175 °C
  • Resistant: good water and alcohol resistance of the cured traces
  • Common substrates: suitable for standard PCB materials including FR1 and FR4
