Voltera LF-301 copper ink for paper

  • solvent-based copper paste
  • high electrical conductivity
  • excellent adhesion
  • small particle size

Description

The Copprint LF-301 is a screen-printable conductive copper ink (nano/micro copper paste) for the additive printing of thin conductive patterns on paper substrates. As an oxidation-free, rapidly self-sintering in-air ink, it enables low-cost, high-conductivity printed electronics using standard screen-printing equipment and is particularly suited to UHF, HF, and NFC RFID antennas on paper. It is supplied as a ready-to-use 2 ml cartridge.

The LF-301 is a solvent-based copper paste with high electrical conductivity, small particle size, and good adhesion. It is designed for depositing thin copper layers on paper in the range of approximately 3–6 µm and is suitable for manual, semi-automatic, and reel-to-reel screen printing. A screen mesh of 150–200 mesh/cm is recommended; printing is done on the glossy side of the paper.

Processing is carried out by hot-air drying followed by sintering with a laminator or hot roller. Copprint inks are oxidation-free and compostable, reducing the ecological footprint of printed circuits. The paste must be mixed in its original container prior to printing.

Product Benefits

  • High electrical conductivity
  • Small particle size
  • Good adhesion
  • Excellent screen printability
  • Oxidation-free, self-sintering in air
  • Suitable for reel-to-reel production

Typical Applications

  • UHF, HF, and NFC RFID antennas on paper
  • Printed sensors

Scope of Delivery

  • 1× Copprint LF-301 copper ink, 2 ml cartridge

Storage note: the ink requires cold, dry storage in the sealed original container below -10 °C (shelf life 180 days). The paste must be mixed prior to printing (e.g. paste mixer, approx. 15 min at 300 rpm). Do not return unused paste to the original container. Refer to the current Copprint data sheet for exact drying and sintering parameters.
