Description

The precision probe module contains a semiconductor probe sensor for detecting the surface of substrates. It is equipped with a ruby pin, an industry standard for precise contact measurement in 3 axes. Voltera's customised sensing and control electronics enable stress-free contact measurement and ensure that NOVA can image surfaces with a resolution of microsteps.
