Description

The vacuum module is a drop-in vacuum table for attaching flexible or soft substrates to NOVA. It contains a porous titanium surface that allows a steady flow of air to attach each substrate evenly at all points. There are four vacuum ports on the back of the module that connect to a vacuum manifold inside.
