onRobot Magnetic gripper

onRobot's electric magnetic gripper (MG10) requires no external air supply and can be put into operation immediately. The integrated intelligence guarantees reliable handling of a wide range of part sizes and weights. The integrated intelligence features adjustable force and part detection. The handle holds even in the event of power failure or actuation of the emergency stop.

The MG10 is compatible with all major brands of robots. Innovative control is enabled by its customizable force and grip detection function. Due to its configurable magnetic force, the MG10 can be adapted to difficult applications, such as stacking thin metal sheets. Thanks to the integrated proximity sensor, it detects whether pickup has occurred or failed. Multiple magnet configurations are available, which support applications that require reliable handling of large and/or heavy pieces. In addition, it has an integrated Quick Changer and leaves no grip marks. It is capable of working with perforated, dusty and abrasive workpieces. In press feeding and bending applications, even if the parts change shape, the MG10 can handle them throughout the process.
