Benewake TFA1500-L

The TFA1500-L is a long-range dToF LiDAR designed for precise distance measurements, delivering reliable performance even under intense sunlight and on targets with varying reflectivity.

Its compact design and low weight make it ideally suited for integration into UAV gimbals. In addition, it is widely used in various applications—including perimeter security, collision avoidance for crane systems, and geodetic surveying.

Notes on Specifications

• Measurements were taken outdoors in daylight with 90% target reflectivity and full laser spot coverage on the target.
• The frame rate is automatically adjusted based on the intensity of the signal returned from the target—up to 1000 Hz with strong return signals.
• All measurements were taken at 25 °C.
