Compact single-point LiDAR module

The TFS20-L is a highly integrated miniature dToF module equipped with a sensitive, infrared-enhanced SPAD sensor that can measure distances of up to 20 meters. It combines a SPAD chip solution, a histogram-based algorithm and a fast TDC architecture to enable precise distance measurements. It also offers sunlight resistance of 15 m at 100 kLux and automatic reflection correction.

Compact design - high precision

Thanks to its lightweight and compact design as well as its reliable measurement accuracy even in strong light conditions, the module is ideally suited for various miniature dToF applications.

Extensive functions - Versatile areas of application

The TFS20-L only requires a 3.3 V power supply and has integrated temperature compensation. It is easy to integrate as it supports both I²C and UART interfaces. Its robust optical packaging makes the module ideal for applications such as:

• service robots
• Internet of Things (IoT)
