Description

The Hokuyo UXM Series convinces with the compact design whilst having a large opening angle paared with a high protection category and measurement range. The Hokuyo UXM Series is provided with a very comprehensive documentation with a large variety of software packages aswell as hardware interfaces such as ROS. This results in a wide ranging spectrum of possible applications whilst having a low time cost when it comes to integration. The Hokuyo UTM Series is developed for the indoor usage and therefore has a maximum range of 30m with a measurement allowance of +/-30mm and a opening angle of 270°.  

Differences of the UTM & UXM

The Hokuyo UXM-30 LiDAR is fully encapsulated wich results in a high protection category of IP65 and also comes with a range of 80m.  Therefore the UXM-30 is perfectly fitting for the outdoor usage. The UTM-30 LiDAR have a range of 60m and are developed for the indoor usage.
