The OpenArm 1 to 2 Upgrade Kit mechanically upgrades an existing OpenArm 1 to the OpenArm 2 configuration. It is supplied as one complete left-and-right arm set and includes the revised OpenArm 2 end-effector / gripper assemblies with built-in camera modules. Designed and engineered by Enactic, Inc., manufactured by WowRobo. The kit is available in two configurations: with or without the ZED-121210 stereo camera set.

The upgrade kit comprises the revised mechanical components required to upgrade selected OpenArm 1 structures to the OpenArm 2 configuration. Each new end-effector / gripper assembly features a built-in camera module. The ZED-121210 set provides the recommended top stereo vision view for the OpenArm 2 standard configuration.

Important note: only the highlighted upgrade components are included. The DM4310 motor inside the end effector and the complete robot arm are not included. Existing OpenArm 1 users can reuse their original DM4310 motor.

Scope of Delivery

Both configurations include:

Complete upgrade set for the left and right arm
Revised outer covers and shell parts (OpenArm 2 revision)
CNC-machined metal components for the structural upgrade areas
OpenArm 2 end-effector / gripper assemblies with built-in camera modules, related mechanical parts, and connection components

Additionally in the “With ZED-121210” configuration:

1× ZED-121210 stereo camera set
Related camera mounting structure

Not included: the DM4310 motor inside the end effector and the complete robot arm (OpenArm 1 or OpenArm 2). Existing OpenArm 1 users can reuse their original DM4310 motor. The “Without ZED camera set” configuration additionally does not include the ZED-121210 set.
