Description

ARK Electronics ARK G5 P8 RTK GPS – DroneCAN RTK GNSS module with Septentrio mosaic-G5 P8

The ARK G5 P8 RTK GPS is a USA-built, NDAA-compliant DroneCAN module that combines a quad-band RTK GNSS receiver, magnetometer, barometer, IMU and buzzer on one compact board. At its core is the Septentrio mosaic-G5 P8, which tracks all available GNSS signals across multiple constellations and frequencies and delivers centimeter-level positioning via RTK as well as Galileo HAS corrections.

The module can be operated with either one or two antennas. In dual-antenna mode it also provides the vehicle's heading – without relying on a magnetometer. AIM+ Ultimate technology provides the strongest protection against GNSS jamming and spoofing, while end-to-end authentication ensures secure operations. It connects to Pixhawk flight controllers via DroneCAN, and firmware updates can be performed directly over DroneCAN.

Versions

The ARK G5 P8 RTK GPS is available in three versions:
