The Clearpath Robotics Husky A300 Wireless E-Stop is an optional safety accessory for the Husky A300 Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV). It allows the vehicle to be stopped remotely in emergency situations without physical contact with the robot.

Technical Features

• Range: Up to 40 meters between the handheld device and the robot.
• Communication: Wireless bidirectional communication between the transmitter and receiver.
• Operational Status: The transmitter has a green LED that flashes quickly when connected and slowly when the E-Stop is activated.
• Battery-Powered: The transmitter is battery-operated and should be stored with the red button facing down to preserve battery life.
• Safety Functions: The E-Stop automatically activates if the transmitter loses connection with the robot or if the battery is low.

Usage and Integration

• Activation: Turn the red knob on the transmitter to unlock, insert the key, and hold the start button to connect to the robot.
• Deactivation: Press the start button again to clear the E-Stop state.
• Integration: The Husky A300 must be equipped with additional electronics and an antenna to support the wireless E-Stop.
• Operating Environment: The transmitter should be used within 40 meters of the robot to ensure reliable communication.
