Description
The IR-MC05 is a U-shaped metal rod-end bracket for mightyZAP mini linear servos. It replaces the standard rod-end tip and allows the user to set the desired angle more easily and freely. Suitable for combined use with the Hinge (standard accessory) and the optional metal brackets IR-MB02, IR-MB03, and IR-MB04.
The U-type rod-end bracket is screwed directly onto the actuator rod end and connected to the object to be moved via a hinge pin. The U shape allows the connection angle to be adapted to the application, so that slightly offset or inclined mounting situations can be implemented cleanly.

Mounting Instructions
- Insert the tooth lock washer (①) between the U-bracket and the actuator rod.
- Fix the U-bracket (②) at the desired angle using the M3 socket head bolt (③).
- Insert the hinge pin (④) together with the object to be moved and secure it with the two E-rings (⑤).
Note: Set the desired angle of the U-bracket before fully tightening the M3 bolt. The tooth lock washer provides a positive-locking connection and prevents twisting under load.
