OnRobot Sander Accessory Kit – accessory set with automatic disc changing

The OnRobot Sander Accessory Kit turns the OnRobot Sander into a fully automated sanding cell. At its core is the tool changer (Grit Changer): it changes sanding discs on its own, without any operator intervention. This allows the robot to switch from coarse to fine grit within the same program or replace worn discs – significantly reducing downtime and manual effort.

The kit also contains everything needed for clean, long-term operation on the robot arm: the tool balancer relieves the arm, the cable sleeve bundles the cables along the robot, and the vacuum hose adapter allows an extraction system to be connected directly to the Sander.
