Opt Lasers LaserDock PRO – magnetic docking station for laser heads on CNC machines

The LaserDock PRO is a magnetic quick-change station that lets you mount and remove laser heads on a CNC machine or robot in seconds, without tools. A position-locking system ensures the laser head sits in exactly the same spot every time it is docked.

The station transmits not only the electrical signals but also the compressed air for air assist. The long air hose is connected permanently to the LaserDock – a short connecting hose between the station and the laser head is all that is needed. This keeps the work area tidy and makes changeovers truly fast.

In the event of a collision, particularly in the Z axis, the laser head automatically detaches from the station, and the electrical contacts disconnect safely as well. When the laser is not in use, the included cover protects the CNC-side station from dust and damage.

Notes

• LaserDock PRO units and individual laser-side and CNC-side parts purchased before 2025 (8 instead of 16 pins) are not compatible with the current version. You can identify the version by the number of gold contact pins.
• The LaserDock PRO is designed for heavier laser heads. Please take care to avoid collisions during operation.
