Description

The 360 Laser Distance Sensor LDS-03 is a 2D laser scanner capable of sensing a full 360-degree area. It collects data around the robot that can be used for SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) and navigation. The LDS-03 is used in the TurtleBot3 Burger and Waffle Pi models.
For the LDS-03 sensor, only the Tx UART interface is available. The USB interface (USB2LDS) allows easier connection to a PC or SBC.
