Voltera Solder Paste Kartusche T5  Sn63Pb37

 

The smaller particles in this T5 solder paste result in less clogging and more consistent dispensing. The alloy offers excellent performance on PCBs with leaded HASL finishes, so you can glue, assemble and reflow your prefabricated PCBs with ease.

ATTENTION: The solder paste T5 Sn63Pb37 is not compatible with the Voltera ink

  • Particle size: T5 Alloy: Sn63Pb37
  • Reflow - 240°C until complete melting.
  • 1 x 2ml cartridge
  • Use only with 225um standard nozzles (black)
