Description

AgileX Mobile Manipulator

The AgileX Mobile Manipulator is an advanced robotic system designed for autonomous mobility combined with high-precision manipulation capabilities. It integrates a highly maneuverable AgileX mobile platform with a multi-joint robotic arm, making it suitable for a wide range of complex tasks in industry, logistics, research, and education. This system excels in dynamic, unstructured environments, offering exceptional flexibility and reliability.

Built entirely on ROS/ROS2, the platform is tailored for developers, engineers, and research teams working on custom automation solutions, AI-based robotics, or advanced vision systems. Its open architecture enables seamless integration of custom control algorithms, path planning, manipulation strategies, or machine learning modules into the existing software stack.

Equipped with various advanced sensors such as LiDAR, RGB-D cameras, and IMUs, the AgileX Mobile Manipulator enables real-time navigation and precise environment perception. It supports applications including multi-robot collaboration, human-robot interaction, and automated pick-and-place operations. This makes it ideal for deployment in smart factories, laboratory automation, and test facilities.

Thanks to its robust hardware, modular design, and powerful onboard computing, the system is ready for both indoor and outdoor use. Its comprehensive documentation and intuitive control interface make it an excellent solution for universities, technical colleges, and industrial research centers looking to explore and teach cutting-edge robotics.
