Robotiq Force Torque Sensor FT300-S (IP65)

The Robotiq FT 300-S (successor to the FT-300) is a 6-axis force-torque sensor that enables robots to perform force-controlled and contact-intensive tasks. It precisely detects and measures contact forces and torques, thereby improving robot control and simplifying programming.

Thanks to plug-&-play integration and the included Force Copilot software, force-sensitive tasks can be set up even without programming knowledge. Typical applications include assembly and insertion, pick-&-place, surface finishing, quality testing, machine tending, and hand-guided teaching of motion paths.

The stiff metal construction and the wear-free, contactless sensing technology ensure high accuracy and repeatability – over the entire product life no calibration is required. With IP65 protection, the sensor is also suitable for environments with dust, debris or water.

The FT 300-S is compatible with Universal Robots (CB series), Omron TM and Techman Robot; a Development Package for Linux and Windows is available for custom development.
