Core Research is a state-of-the-art visual inertial sensor which provides a 360° view. It consists of up to eight highly sensitive cameras that can be freely placed within a mobile robot or sensing device and a synchronized IMU. This sensor can be used to explore Visual AI applications.

Sevensense Robotics now offers the Core Research. This evaluation and development kit is a complete package. It contains everything needed to develop and test your own autonomous robots equipped with Sevensense Robotics' sensor and navigation solutions.

The included Alphasense camera provides high resolution, as well as accuracy. In combination with the camera, the included intertial sensor and range sensor can be used to generate precise indoor location and mapping. The Sevensense software runs on an integrated mini-computer, which also serves as the control center for the autonomous robot. This development kit is simple to set up and user friendly. It is fully documented and provides sample code to help you quickly develop your own autonomous robot.

The kit can be used in factory automation, logistics, security monitoring and many other areas.
