Description

The Tesollo Delto Gripper DG-2F-M is a multi-joint two-finger gripper for the precise handling of a wide variety of objects. With a six-degree-of-freedom structure (6 DoF, 3 DoF per finger), it adapts flexibly to different object shapes and stably grasps up to 4 kg with the pinching method, or up to 10 kg with the enveloping grip. This makes it suitable for advanced yet comparatively simple gripping tasks in industrial environments.

The DG-2F-M supports both the pinching and the enveloping gripping method, allowing it to reliably handle objects ranging from small components to medium-sized workpieces – even in highly repetitive operations. Thanks to its three degrees of freedom per finger, it manages gripping in confined spaces as well as the handling of irregularly shaped parts. Designed with BLDC motors and absolute encoders for continuous industrial use, it is built for durability and reliable operation in manufacturing, logistics, assembly, and inspection.

Via Modbus (RTU, TCP) and Ethernet (TCP/IP), the gripper integrates easily into a wide range of industrial robots and control systems. Optionally, force/torque sensors can be mounted on each fingertip to enable force-feedback-based control for precision assembly processes.

Optional Fingertip Sensors

Sensor Measured quantities Function / application
3-axis force sensor Force in 3 axes (Fx, Fy, Fz) Captures normal and shear forces at the fingertip; basis for force-controlled gripping
6-axis force/torque sensor (F/T) Force + torque in 3 axes each (Fx, Fy, Fz, Mx, My, Mz) Full force/torque feedback for contact-rich precision assembly and fine manipulation
Force/torque sensor (F/T) Force + torque Force-feedback control for assembly processes (separately listed standard variant)
Tactile sensor Distributed contact / pressure across a surface Detects contact points and pressure distribution; supports slip detection and secure gripping

Tesollo does not publish detailed technical data (measuring ranges, resolution, dimensions) for the individual fingertip sensors. The information above describes type and function according to the product page. Please request exact specifications from the manufacturer before ordering.
