onRobot 2.5D Vision Camera System

  • Flexible (re-)configuration
  • Depth perception
  • high reliability even in unstructured applications
  • intuitive programming
  • resolution: 1280x1080

Description

The 2.5D vision camera system makes it quick and easy to add vision to robotic applications. A wide range of configurations is supported for a variety of applications. It can be used not only with all standard robot arms, but also as a stand-alone module.

This product can also be used to reliably sort and load unstructured applications. The 2.5D vision camera system can be mounted either directly on the robot wrist or externally. Thanks to the position adjustment, it can be adapted to the respective application. With the help of the onRobot Qick Changer, it can be seamlessly integrated into the robot interface and gripper. A changeover to new processes or products entails only minimal downtime due to the fast provisioning. Programming is fast and intuitive and calibration, as well as part detection with a single shot, takes only a few minutes.

This product is ideally suited for sorting, pick-and-place, and machine feeding applications in unstructured robotic applications. Thanks to color and contour detection, it is able to inspect objects to ensure quality.
