Description

Makera 4th Axis Module: More Axes, More Possibilities

The Makera 4th Axis Module opens up a whole new dimension of CNC machining. With this module, you can easily machine cylindrical items, double-sided workpieces, and complex 3D shapes. Unlike 3D printers, you are not limited to specific materials—whether plastic, wood, or even metal, you can create beautiful and realistic works of art.

Thanks to its all-metal design, the 4th Axis Module is just as stable and precise as the other three axes of the Carvera machine. This allows you to effortlessly complete detailed and demanding projects.

Setting up the 4th Axis Module is incredibly easy. Thanks to Carvera's automatic tool changing, automatic probing function, and anchor-based coordination system, you can set up the 4th-axis project in the software and let the machine handle the rest just as easily as with 3-axis tasks.

The module is fully supported by the two recommended CAM software solutions, Fusion 360 and VCarve Desktop. While Fusion 360 is excellent for mechanical 3D parts, VCarve is better suited for handling rotary reliefs.
