Description

The Holybro H-Flow is a compact sensor module that combines optical flow measurement, distance sensing, and a 6-axis IMU in a single device. It integrates the PixArt PAA3905E1 optical flow sensor, the Broadcom AFBR-S50LV85D distance sensor, and the InvenSense ICM-42688-P IMU. Thanks to this integrated design, installation is particularly simple. An onboard infrared LED also ensures reliable operation in low-light conditions.

For connection to the flight control system, the H-Flow is equipped with a Pixhawk-standard 4-pin CAN connector and can be connected directly to Pixhawk-compatible controllers via the CAN bus. Communication is handled via the DroneCAN protocol, which enables stable, fast, and robust data transmission between the sensor and the flight controller.
