The LIPSedge™ M3 LED is an innovative, modular 3D camera specifically designed for embedded systems. Equipped with an integrated Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), it provides precise position and motion data, enabling applications in interactive environments. This camera is suitable for various applications, including gesture control, people counting, behavior analysis, digital signage, and elevator capacity measurement.

This compact module features advanced Time-of-Flight (ToF) technology, making it easy to integrate into applications requiring a space-saving solution. The LIPSedge™ M3 LED supports a detection range from 20 cm to 4 meters, allowing precise distance measurement using ToF technology. The camera illuminates the scene with a modulated light source and measures the phase of the reflected light to calculate the object's distance.

With its integrated 6-axis IMU, the LIPSedge™ M3 LED delivers high precision in capturing movement and position data. It is resistant to ambient light, making it ideal for use in a wide range of lighting conditions. The camera is compatible across multiple platforms and supports operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Raspberry Pi.
