TRACER 2.0 – Intelligent Robot Module for Versatile Mobility

The TRACER 2.0 has been developed as a powerful intelligent module equipped with a high-performance DC hub motor. This allows the robot chassis to move effortlessly on flat indoor surfaces. To prevent damage, the vehicle is surrounded by anti-collision beams that minimize potential impacts during collisions.

Headlights are installed at the front of the vehicle, with white lights designed to provide optimal illumination of the surroundings. A safety emergency stop switch is located at the rear of the robot, allowing for an immediate power shutdown in case of malfunction.

For secure and flexible connectivity with external components, the TRACER 2.0 is equipped with waterproof connectors for DC power supply and communication interfaces. These ensure reliable protection of internal systems, even under demanding operating conditions.

Additionally, the robot features a bayonet compartment on the top, reserved for user-specific applications. The current battery level can be conveniently monitored via the status indicator on the front of the TRACER 2.0.

A 10A charger is included in the package to meet users' charging requirements. The charging process is carried out in a few simple steps:

  • Ensure that the TRACER 2.0 chassis is powered off. The Q6 key switch on the rear control panel must be turned off before charging.
  • Connect the charger plug to the side charging interface on the rear control panel.
  • Plug the charger into the power supply and switch it on. The robot will then enter the charging state.
  • During normal charging, no indicator light will appear on the chassis. Please refer to the charger’s indicator lights for detailed charging status Information.
